Overview of Restrictions Information System web map
Registration of restrictions in the land cadastre is for informative purposes and the cadastre registrar is obliged to collect data in this regard that allows for an extract in relation to the cadastral unit. Data related to restrictions are entered on the restrictions map, which is a database of graphic and textual information on objects causing restrictions, within the meaning of § 12 of the Land Cadastre Act.
Specifics of entries and calculation of objects causing restrictions and areas of influence (zones) of restrictions on the restrictions map:
- The restrictions map currently does not take into account the boundaries of densely populated areas (small towns and villages) specified in the plans when calculating the construction ban zone on the coast and shore (Nature Conservation Act § 38, section 1, clause 3).
- The restrictions map currently does not take into account the boundaries of forest land when calculating the construction ban zone on the coast and on the shore of a lake or river (Nature Conservation Act § 38, section 2).
- The restrictions map does not include increases and decreases in the construction prohibition zone specified in the plans (Nature Conservation Act § 40).
- The data on road protection zones in the database of objects causing restrictions may currently be inaccurate, the extent of road protection zones is determined in the general or detailed plan in accordance with § 71 of the Building Code.
