Mapping guide and explanatory notes

Guide for making digital Geological Base Map of Estonia at the scale of 1:50 000 (in Estonian) ( 1.49 MB, 8.01.2010 ) . Mapping guide precribes and defines all the mappable features. The features are given in Table 3 (names dubbed in English). In addition to the maps, all information about the boreholes, borewells and other data points used for mapping is stored. For every finished Base Map sheet explanatory notes have been composed. These documents provide information about geological background of the area besides the maps (some parts dubbed in English):
